secure online ordering system (SSL). Credit cards are not
charged until the product is shipped. Therefore, if a
modification to any order needs to be made, like a discount or
shipping correction, we can make an adjustment to the order
before the credit card gets charged.

the purpose of processing your order. Autumn Scents Candle
Company will not sell, trade, transfer, or disclose any personal
information, including your email address, to a third party.
Security: To help
ensure that your sensitive information is not intercepted or
decoded during transmission, your information is encrypted prior
to the transmission using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption
technology. You can always tell you are on a secured
site when you see a small lock or key in the corner of your
browser when entering your credit card information.
Return Policy: In the event you are not pleased with
products purchased at Autumn Scents Candle Company please notify us immediately by
phone or email for return authorization. Once you receive
authorization, please return the unused portion to Autumn Scents Candle
Company for credit. Autumn Scents Candle Company does not
pay any shipping on returned items. If the candle is defective
due to a manufacturing process we will refund the total cost of the candle
plus shipping.
Please note: If you are unsure if you
will like a particular scent we recommend you order one of the
smaller sample sizes before ordering larger quantities.
Shipping: We ship to the 48 states in the continental US only.
A flat shipping rate of $7.95 applies to all orders. All items
are shipped 2 day Priority Mail via USPS. Once the
orders are placed they are filled immediately and are shipped
within one to two business days. The estimated time of delivery
is provided by the shipping company and could be subject to
change based on delays within the shipping company. Autumn
Scents Candle Company cannot be responsible for shipping delays
as a result of acts of God or other extraordinary events that
may interrupt the normal service of the shipping carrier.
We will cooperate in any way to ensure the item is delivered to
you timely.
